Hi everyone!

 

My name is Melissa Horst and I have been the nurse here at North Ridge since 2005.  I graduated from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 1995.  I've worked in the hospital setting and in home health care, but school nursing is by far my favorite!  I love working with children and families to make school a safe, healthy, fun experience.  

 

In my spare time, I love spending time with my family.  We love eating, traveling and all things Texas Tech!  My husband and I have 4 boys that have all gone to North Ridge.  This is truly my home away from home!

 

I am available every school day from 7:30 - 3:30. Please feel free to contact me any time with any questions, concerns, or needs that you may have.  I am always willing to help in any way that I can!
