My name is Jolene Ell, and I’m excited to be joining the team at North Ridge as a Pre-K teacher. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Mankato State University in Minnesota and hold teaching licenses in both Minnesota and Texas. In addition, I’m certified in kindergarten, early childhood, and parent/family education.

With over 30 years of teaching experience, I’m passionate about creating an engaging and supportive learning environment where young children can thrive. My husband and I recently relocated to Lubbock from Minnesota to be closer to family. I’m a proud mom to two sons, Kyle and Spencer, a mother-in-law to Mikayla, and a very happy grandma to my grandson, Tate.  

I look forward to building strong relationships and working together to support each child’s growth and success.
