I am in my seventh year of teaching, with my second year at North Ridge. I earned my degree in secondary education from Lubbock Christian University. My teaching career began with three years of social studies instruction in middle school before transitioning to elementary education, where I discovered my true passion. I have spent the past three years teaching fourth-grade reading and am dedicated to fostering a love of literacy in my students. Outside the classroom, I am an active member of the CrossFit community and serve as a certified CrossFit coach. Beyond my professional and athletic pursuits, I value time with my family, including my husband and three children.
