Earlier this school year, Frenship ISD launched a new program called Threads and Treads, after receiving a large anonymous donation. Through this program, students in need are able to get brand new clothing and shoes.
Frenship ISD is excited to welcome Bryan Gerlich to the Frenship family as the new Director of Athletics. The district’s recommendation to hire Gerlich was officially accepted by the Frenship ISD Board of Trustees during a November 19 school board meeting. Gerlich will begin in January to kick off the 2022 spring semester.
Frenship ISD is proud to announce Westwind Elementary kindergarten teacher Zachariah Vega has been selected as a distinguished educator and finalist for the Lubbock Christian University Award for Excellence in Teaching.
After preparing this years show "Icon" since early August, the hard work and dedication of the Frenship High School Marching Band has paid off. After winning the Area A Marching Contest last weekend the band is advancing to the UIL State Marching competition on Monday.
The Frenship High School chapter of the National Honor Society hosted its annual Trunk or Treat event last Friday - a district wide event for Frenship elementary and middle school students to attend, hosted by Frenship High School organizations.
